Great talk. I love the part where he talks about the professor who grants his students "experience points" for doing their homework.

Any ideas on how you can apply a point system to Posterous?

This is a gr8 talk TED level! Google could give points 4 every mail sent, with the points you can get storage space, of course you have to buy the storage space also the next year so that when Google will enjoy this.

If anyone knows how the experiance points grading system works please share.

This is the kind of talks that make you think about how you can use the information in an innovative way.
