The Fixie Bike Index: Manhattan beats Brooklyn, Orange County is #1 in the Country, and Portland isn't all bike snobs
Priceonomics is just released the Fixie Bike Index, a measure of who's the most hipster fixie city in America.
Surprisingly, Manhattan beat out Brooklyn for fixies per capita and Orange County is the hipsterest of them all! Whaaat?
Priceonomics continues to be the new OK Cupid of interesting Craigslist data. I know where I'm going to go when I need to know what's the fair price for a bike on Craigslist.
